How do I use mockups in Studio and attach images to them?

There was a similar question from another creator. It was answered, but I can't make it past the first step: "Navigate to the Studio interface and select a mockup template that suits your project.". The thing is, there are NO available mockups in the Studio interface. I've talked to the Help chatbot and it said there are no mockups in Studio at the moment. When I download mockup file bundles from CF, lots of them say they are compatible with CF Studio. So, how do I use those mockups in Studio? Thank you.

I would like to personalise some hardcover scrapbooks. Which vinyl would work best? I assume ill need to use iron on as using transfer tape might rip the bookcover?
