You have to add a polymer to cotton in order to sublimate on cotton. You can't sublimate directly to cotton. I have had success with ASubs sublimation vinyl. You cut the vinyl and place it on the shirt, then mirror your sublimation image and place it onto the vinyl just like you would normal sublimation. Others I have seen use regular glitter or white vinyl but I have not experimented with vinyl not designated for sublimation.
