I would suggest if you want to try out sublimation use sublimation markers or infusable ink paper from Cricut to do your fist sublimation to see if this is something you like. If it is then you will need to decide if you want to obtain many of the tools you need to do sublimation ink jet printers can be converted to print the infusible paper, with the specialized ink or if only doing occassional prints have them printed for you to save the printer cost. Canva free account cannot export as a svg file but many people suggest an svg exported from canva doesn’t do well when imported into design space. A png is a better method but if you want to export from canva to a png with a transparent background you will need a paid canva account. You could always remove the background using a different background remover. Hope this helps.
