Decide what your budget is and if it is important to you to have a printer that is capable of printing large prints, up to 13 x 19. In my opinion the Epson echo tank is the easiest to "convert" , because you only just need to add the ink and that is the extent of the "conversion." For me, I just wanted to get started and I didn't have a lot of money to invest. I wanted to try it out and make sure it was something that I would continue to do before I invested a lot of money so I started out with the most inexpensive ET printer and I looked for an inexpensive blanks. I bought a yard of polyester fabric to practice on and some shirts lI found some on clearance that had a high polyester count at Walmart or Dollar Tree and different blanks that were inexpensive to get started on so I wouldn't waste a lot of money on mistakes while learning. There are a lot of comparison videos available to watch to help you make an informed decision.
