I would start with https://help.cricut.com/ where it tells you everything about your machine. They have quick tutorials on how to take it out of the box all the way to how to start your first cut.
Once you have it out of the box and have done your first cut I recommend Dinosaur Mama tutorials. She is similar to the Jennifer Maker videos but I find Dinosaur Mama quicker to the point. She explains things well! She also has a SVG vault you can access of tons of free SVG's.
Don't be afraid to go online and ask - there is a whole community that is willing to help you with your Cricut! NO question is dumb! Ask and someone will help you figure it out.
Enjoy yourself! Don't let mistakes frustrate you they are part of the learning process.
