HTVRONT brand vinyl. If anyone has used this brand, any advice would be greatly appreciated?
I have just recently bought the brand HTVRONT heat transfer vinyl and it seems like it maybe didn’t cut through enough or the vinyl seems like it is stretching. There is also a second layer which I assume would be the glue but if anyone has worked with this brand any advice is greatly appreciated. I have attached pictures to show the issue.

HTVRONT vinyl is a popular choice among crafters for various projects, especially in the realm of DIY and design.
